What do Aerotek recruiters do?
Aerotek recruiters are responsible for delivering a wide variety of services to
our contractors and clients. Recruiters partner with other recruiters, account
managers, business development managers, customer service representatives and
others to deliver unmatched engineering, technical, light industrial and
professional staffing solutions.

Typical Recruiter job duties include:
- Developing recruitment strategies to locate and select qualified applicants
- Verifying the skills and experiences of job candidates
- Negotiating wages and other employment terms with clients and candidates
- Overseeing the pre-employment processes
- Managing Aerotek's relationship with contractors while on assignment
- Assessing and investigating contractor problems
- Partnering with Business Development Managers to identify new accounts, target
skills, account potential and other business opportunities
- Communicating with peers by sharing 'best practices' and properly documenting
contractor relationship and transactions in various business systems
applications
- Performing other duties as required.
Qualified Recruiter candidates must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related sales or recruiting experience.
- Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application).
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment, and be
capable of regularly using independent judgment and discretion to accomplish
goals and work requirements.
- Be currently authorised to work in Germany.
